Managing Your Plan and Billing

Change your plan or billing cycle

Follow these steps to change your paid plan or billing cycle:

  1. From your Dashboard, choose your Workspace.
  2. Click on the Workspace Settings tab.
  3. In the left sidebar, click the Plan & Billing section.
  4. Click the Manage Subscription button, which will bring you to the billing portal.
  5. Select your preferred plan and billing cycle.
  6. Click the Continue button.
  7. Review your changes and click Confirm to finalize the update.

Some customer on legacy plans may may need to contact us for plan changes.

Manage your payment method

To change your payment method, follow these steps:

  1. From your Dashboard, choose your Workspace.
  2. Click on the Workspace Settings tab.
  3. In the left sidebar, click the Plan & Billing section.
  4. Click the Update Payment Details button, which will bring you to the billing portal.
  5. Click the Add payment method button to add a new payment method.
  6. Enter your new payment details and click Add to save the payment method.
  7. Make sure that the new payment method is set as the default by clicking the Make default button next to it.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. From your Dashboard, choose your Workspace.
  2. Click on the Workspace Settings tab.
  3. In the left sidebar, click the Plan & Billing section.
  4. Click the Cancel Subscription button, which will bring you to the billing portal.
  5. Review the details, and click the Cancel subscription to finalize the update.

Some customer on legacy plans may may need to contact us for plan changes.

View your billing history

To view your billing history, including past invoices and payment receipts, follow these steps:

  1. From your Dashboard, choose your Workspace.
  2. Click on the Workspace Settings tab.
  3. In the left sidebar, click the Plan & Billing section.
  4. Click the View & Download Invoices button, which will bring you to the billing portal.
  5. At the bottom of the page, under Invoice History, you can view and download your past invoices and payment receipts.

Update billing contact

To update the billing contact who will receive billing-related notifications, follow these steps:

  1. From your Dashboard, choose your Workspace.
  2. Click on the Workspace Settings tab.
  3. In the left sidebar, click the Plan & Billing section.
  4. Click the Update Billing Details button, which will bring you to the billing portal.
  5. Scroll down to the Billing and shipping information section.
  6. Click the Update information link.
  7. Fill in the billing contact details, including name, email, and phone number.
  8. Click the Save button to save the billing contact information.

Switch to invoicing

Eligible customers can switch from credit card payments to paying by invoice. To make this change, please contact us.
